Short Bio
Emily McLoud is an Austin-based country folk/Americana songwriter whose warm, honest writing explores the beauty and ache of being human. A palliative-care nurse practitioner, she brings lived perspective to songs about love, loss, parenthood, anxiety, gratitude, and change. Her new album, Where I Am Today, produced by Darden Smith, pairs intimate storytelling with earthy, roots-driven musicality. McLoud performs throughout Central Texas as a solo artist and as half of the duo Silver&Sage.
